This page sets out, in plain language, what Baruna Boat Co (baliprivateboatcharter.com) does, what it does not do, and how we handle the promises, prices, and personal data connected to a private day charter. Read it before you book so there are no surprises on the jetty.

Who operates this website, and who actually runs the boats?

Baruna Boat Co is a booking and concierge brand operated by Bali Premium Trip and published by Juara Holding Group. We arrange private, whole-boat day charters departing from Sanur, Serangan, and Benoa to Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, and the south-Bali coast — snorkel runs to Manta Point and Crystal Bay, island-hop days to Kelingking Beach and Broken Beach, and coastal cruises past Uluwatu, Jimbaran Bay, and Nusa Dua.

We are a concierge, not the vessel owner. The speedboats, cabin day-cruisers, and semi-yachts you book through us are owned and operated by independent, licensed Indonesian boat operators. When you charter through Baruna Boat Co, everything on the water — the captain, the crew, the safety equipment, the vessel’s insurance, and its seaworthiness — is the responsibility of that licensed operator. We coordinate the booking; we do not sail the boat. Where we describe a vessel or a route, we do so on the basis of information supplied by those partners, arranged via vetted licensed operators.

What we are What we are not
An independent charter concierge and booking desk The owner or legal operator of any vessel
A publisher of indicative pricing and itineraries A licensed financial, legal, or tax adviser
A coordinator between you and vetted licensed operators An insurer or a maritime-safety authority
Reachable on WhatsApp and email for booking support A guarantor of weather, wildlife, or sea conditions

Are the prices on this website guaranteed?

No. Every rate we publish is indicative, quoted as of 2026, and subject to change without notice. Private whole-boat day charters from Bali are priced per boat rather than per person, and across the market a full private day typically runs from roughly IDR 8,000,000 to IDR 44,500,000 (about USD 500 to USD 2,500) depending on the size of the vessel, its comfort, and the itinerary. Operator listings we reference — such as Sanur Water Activities describing a 13-metre semi-yacht from IDR 9,000,000 and a 12-metre speedboat from IDR 8,000,000, or Parahu.com’s per-boat pricelist running from IDR 11,900,000 to IDR 44,500,000 — are published by those operators as “start from” figures, not fixed quotes.

Your final, confirmed price can differ from any number you read here for reasons that include:

  • Exchange-rate movement between the Indonesian rupiah and the US dollar or your home currency.
  • Fuel, port fees, and seasonal demand, which operators adjust independently.
  • Add-ons such as hotel pickup (for example, IDR 250,000 to IDR 300,000 per car each way), extra guests beyond the base capacity, or catering upgrades.
  • Vessel availability on your chosen date, which may route you to a different boat at a different rate.

No source we cite publishes seasonal price tables, so treat every figure as a starting reference. The only price that binds anyone is the written quotation your operator confirms at the time of booking.

Can you guarantee manta sightings, weather, or a perfect day?

No, and we will never pretend otherwise. Wildlife encounters at Manta Point and Manta Bay, water clarity at Crystal Bay and Toyapakeh, and calm conditions on the Sanur-to-Penida crossing (roughly 30 to 45 minutes by speedboat) all depend on nature. Manta rays are wild animals; some days they gather in numbers, and some days they do not appear at all. Weather, swell, tides, and currents change quickly in the Badung Strait.

Your captain has the final say on the route and on whether it is safe to sail, to change stops, to shorten a swim, or to postpone. That decision protects you, and we support it every time. A cancellation or itinerary change made for safety is not a failure of service — it is the service working as it should.

Who is responsible if something goes wrong during your charter?

Because Baruna Boat Co facilitates bookings rather than operating boats, legal and operational responsibility for the vessel, crew conduct, safety briefings, life jackets, and on-board insurance rests with the licensed third-party operator you are matched with. We take reasonable care to work only with operators who present valid licensing and insurance, but we are not the insurer and we are not a maritime regulator.

We strongly recommend that every guest holds personal travel and medical insurance that covers water activities, and that you follow all crew instructions during the trip. Snorkeling, swimming, and boat travel carry inherent risks that no operator or concierge can remove.

Are you a licensed financial, legal, or tax adviser?

No. Baruna Boat Co and Bali Premium Trip are travel-booking concierges. Nothing on this website — including any figure, comparison, or commentary about charter prices or value — is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. It is general information, published in good faith and dated to 2026. For decisions with financial, legal, or tax consequences, consult an appropriately licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

How do we handle your personal data under UU PDP and GDPR?

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and arrange a charter: typically your name, your contact details, and your trip preferences, shared with us through WhatsApp (6281128590000) or email (sales@balipremiumtrip.com). We use that information to prepare quotes, confirm bookings with your chosen operator, and communicate with you about the trip. We do not sell your data.

As an Indonesia-based operation, we align our handling of personal data with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Undang-Undang No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP). For visitors from the European Union, the EEA, and the United Kingdom, we are aware of and respect the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under both frameworks, you hold rights over your information.

Your right What it means in practice
Access Ask what personal data we hold about you
Correction Ask us to fix inaccurate or outdated details
Erasure Ask us to delete your data where no booking or legal duty requires us to keep it
Objection / withdrawal Withdraw consent to further contact at any time
Portability Request a copy of the data you gave us

To exercise any of these rights, email sales@balipremiumtrip.com. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

How do I raise a complaint or correct information?

If any detail on this website looks wrong, or if a charter did not go as arranged, tell us. Our single complaint channel is sales@balipremiumtrip.com, and you can also reach the concierge desk on WhatsApp at 6281128590000. Please include your booking reference, the date of travel, and what you would like us to put right. We read every message, we correct genuine errors quickly, and we pass service complaints to the responsible operator on your behalf. Honesty runs both ways — we ask for the same clarity from you that we commit to giving here.
